The first meeting of the EITI MSG of Armenia in 2024, 28.03.2024
On March 28, 2024, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia Hovhannes Harutyunyan,  the 2024 first meeting of the multilateral group of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) of Armenia took place. 
 
The agenda of the meeting included, among others, the issues of adopting a number of decisions defining the scope of the fifth EITI National Report of Armenia for 2022  and required by the Standard, approving the Report ToR and  the composition of the evaluation committee to select  the consultant organization to be prepar  the Report. Multi-Stakeholder Group made relevant decisions regarding agenda questions.
 
One of the important issues considered during the session was the discussion of a statement addressed to the MSG Chairman by the civil society constituency.
 
The meeting also raised the issue of EITI activity  financial sources for 2025 and further.
